Hello and welcome! Thank you for choosing Eerina, an AI agentic automation platform built by OGPRE Technology Products. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our platform. By creating an account, connecting an AI agent, or using our storefront tools, you agree to these terms.
When you sign up, you provide account details including your business name and email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Eerina is built to provide autonomous software tools for customer communication, sales enablement, and support automation. You agree to use Eerina in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and consumer protection standards. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to conduct, facilitate, or assist in any criminal activities, money laundering, deceptive trade practices, or fraudulent operations.
Prohibition of False Order Manipulation: Business owners must never falsify, spoof, or fraudulently manipulate transaction or fulfillment records (such as falsely marking orders as paid, confirmed, or delivered to mislead customers, payment gateways, or financial institutions). All order updates must reflect genuine, verifiable commercial activities.
We enforce an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy against fraud. Any account found to be engaging in scams, fraudulent representation, selling counterfeit or non-existent merchandise, or deceiving consumers will be subject to immediate permanent suspension, permanent API revocation, and direct referral to appropriate domestic and international law enforcement agencies for criminal investigation and prosecution.
Eerina offers a Pilot plan as well as premium subscription tiers (Operate and Command). Platform subscriptions are billed securely via our authorized Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. You may manage or cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly through your dashboard settings.
Eerina is built on a high-availability Edge architecture designed to scale to millions of concurrent customer sessions. To ensure network stability and prevent resource abuse, strict API rate limits are enforced. Premium tiers receive priority compute routing. While we target 99.99% operational uptime, continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed on non-paid tiers.
Our AI operates using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The agent responds strictly based on the business knowledge, product catalogue, and instructions provided by the business owner. Business owners are responsible for ensuring their uploaded documentation, pricing, and product details are accurate. Eerina is not liable for AI conversational hallucinations or pricing discrepancies quoted by customer agents.
By connecting third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp Business, Telegram, PayPal, Stripe, or Flutterwave), you authorize Eerina to process incoming webhooks and dispatch authorized automated responses. Eerina acts solely as the technical integration provider. You remain the legal custodian of your external accounts and must comply with the respective third-party terms of service.
100% Pass-Through Software & Communications Platform: Eerina is strictly an autonomous AI agentic platform and software technology provider. Eerina is NOTa bank, payment processor, escrow agent, or party to any commercial transactions between business owners and their customers. All payments and financial transfers made by customers flow directly to the business owner's designated third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Flutterwave, etc.) or direct settlement channels.
No Affiliation or Responsibility for Merchant Transactions: Eerina is not affiliated with, does not endorse, and assumes zero legal or financial liability for merchant conduct, fraudulent schemes, undelivered merchandise, product defects, consumer scams, chargebacks, payment disputes, or financial losses of any kind.
Notice to Storefront Customers & End-Users: Any transaction, purchase, or communication you make on a merchant storefront or customer agent powered by Eerina is strictly a private, bilateral agreement between you and the respective business owner. Eerina provides the software medium only. Never share sensitive passwords or private security keys in chat.
Forward-Only Fulfillment Lifecycle: Eerina enforces a strict deterministic state machine for order fulfillment (Pending → Confirmed → Paid → Shipped). Once an order advances, its fulfillment status cannot be downgraded to prior states.
Cancellation & Refund Immutability: Order cancellations and processed refunds represent terminal records within the platform. Once an order is marked as Cancelled or Refunded, its status is permanent and cannot be modified or reverted. This guarantees ledger non-repudiation, prevents duplicate shipments, and eliminates inventory race conditions under high concurrency.
Disputes and Settlement: Any dispute regarding delivery confirmation, physical product defects, or refund disbursement must be settled directly between the customer and the merchant or via their respective payment gateway (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Flutterwave). Eerina will not arbitrate or act as intermediary in commercial disputes.
We treat security with defense-in-depth protocols. By using Eerina, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Any attempt to tamper with Row-Level Security (RLS), attempt unauthorized endpoint access, or exploit platform infrastructure will result in an immediate permanent ban.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements or regulatory changes. Significant revisions will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of Eerina following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
