Under global data protection frameworks (including GDPR and CCPA), Eerina operates strictly as a Data Processor (or Sub-Processor). You, the business owner, are the Data Controller. You own the data of your customers. We only process this data to execute the autonomous AI capabilities you have configured. We claim no ownership over your leads, your chat logs, or your business context.
When you create an account, we collect your authentication credentials (handled via OAuth or secure tokens). When you configure an agent, we store the business context (RAG embeddings) and system prompts. As your customers interact across the Omnichannel routing layer (Web, WhatsApp, Telegram), we securely persist those session logs and extracted lead metadata so you can monitor conversions on your dashboard.
Technical Audit Logs: To ensure absolute accountability, we maintain immutable System Audit Logs. Operations like API key generation, bot configuration changes, or critical logins are recorded with IPs and User-Agents to prevent unauthorized privilege escalation.
We do not just rely on standard encryption. Eerina’s infrastructure enforces Row-Level Security (RLS) at the core PostgreSQL database layer. This means data isolation is mathematically guaranteed; it is structurally impossible for a query from one workspace to access the data of another, regardless of application-tier bugs.
Furthermore, all routing and rate-limiting happen at the Edge server level, ensuring that malicious traffic or DDoS attempts are dropped before they ever reach the core databases.
Eerina utilizes enterprise-grade APIs to power the underlying intelligence engine. We hold strict zero-retention agreements with these infrastructure partners. Your business context, customer queries, and chat logs are never used to train generalized foundational models. Payloads are processed in memory and immediately discarded by the intelligence providers.
We utilize Vercel for high-performance Edge routing, Supabase for RLS-secured data persistence, and Stripe/Dodo for PCI-compliant payment processing. We never store raw credit card numbers on Eerina servers. All third parties are strictly bound by enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
We deploy strictly necessary cookies for session persistence, security verification, and performance routing. We do not use third-party invasive advertising cookies on your workspace dashboards. For full technical details, refer to our Cookie Policy.
You maintain absolute control over your digital footprint. If you initiate an account deletion, our automated systems execute a cascading wipe (cascading deletes) across all relational tables. This permanently destroys your bot configs, session logs, leads, and analytics. If you require an export of your data prior to deletion, our API provides automated CSV extraction endpoints.
